Dr. Ruby J. Harvey

Ruby Harvey has served in various areas of ministry since 1980. She holds a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling obtained through the International Bible College of St. Louis, MO and a doctorate in Pastoral Counseling obtained from Saints Academy Bible College of St. Louis, MO. She is a licensed and ordained Evangelist with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (P.A.W.).

She’s the wife of a pastor, mother of 4, grandmother of 10, Bible Teacher, Gospel Preacher, Christian Counselor, and Author. Ruby Harvey serves as Assistant Pastor of Ebenezer Christian Assembly where her husband District Elder L.J. Harvey serves as Senior Pastor. Ruby Harvey resides in St. Louis, MO.

In 1996, Ruby Harvey founded the I Care About Myself Ministry (ICAM) which was created and developed to minister to individuals with low self esteem, inner hurt, and pain from the past. ICAM Ministries meets every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month at 10am. Many people have been healed, delivered, and set free 
through the teaching of the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit at these meetings.
